This service includes a 1-hour session (via video chat) & a bio-individualized protocol. During this session we will go over your health history, current health struggles & goals. We will also go over a bio-individualized protocol based on your needs (lifestyle & diet focused with supplement suggestions). After any initial session, you will be able to book follow-up sessions with me through our online portal.
