Initial Virtual Session (HTMA included)

This service includes an HTMA test, my analysis of your results & a 1-hour session (via video chat) to discuss how to best support your body. During this session, we will briefly go over your health history, current health struggles & goals. We will also go over your HTMA results & discuss your bio-individualized protocol (lifestyle, diet & supplementation). After any initial session, you will be able to book follow-up sessions with me through our online portal. Once you purchase this service, you will receive an email from me with next steps within 48 hours (M-F).
