Easy Coconut Milk & Bone Broth Rice
This is truly the simplest way to make your rice 10000x tastier & more nourishing! I cannot make rice any other way now. I absolutely love it with curry, Asian-inspired egg dishes (pictured above) & as a side to pretty much any meal. If you do better with video instructions, you can watch my reel here :)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups jasmine rice 
- 1.5 bone broth or 1.5 cups water + 2-3 scoops bone broth powder (CODE: AUDREY10) 
- 1 can full fat coconut milk 
- 1 tsp sea salt 
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to your pot, stir & bring to a boil 
- Once boiling, turn to low & let simmer with lid on for 20 min 
- After 20 min, remove from heat, and fluff with a fork, let sit for 5ish minutes & serve!
